fix(rfm-async): replace kick-style pipelined FPWR with direct awaited write

Kick-style FPWR futures completed without frames reaching the wire -
reverse data silently dropped (box input stayed zero). Direct await
restores full-chain bidirectional (bSync=True, E2E lag 4-5 cycles).

Also: force plain [0x1A08] secondary assignment (Rev6 SYNC-prefix
adaptation breaks forwarding), diagnostics for 0x10F4/0x10F5/DC/SYNC0.

Verified: S1 120k cycles 0 err; S2 full-chain fresh 99.7%/rep 94.8%;
S3 10min soak ferr=0; S4 self-heal: secondary restart 4s, echo restart
needs async restart (known gap).
